Personal Computing when AI uses up even more computing hardware resources

RAM prices have almost quadrupled since around October 2025 when Open AI bought up around 40% of the RAM in production. Two 32 GB sticks of Corsair DDR5 RAM are now priced at around INR 75,000 when it could have been bought for around INR 20,000 in September 2025. NVMe/SSD storage prices have started to rise as well.

If AI producers continue to demand more computing hardware resources, a desktop or laptop computer may be out of the reach for most people who do not produce AI products/services. There may be a future where 'lite' devices such as mobile phones or streaming devices are used to consume web content.

Starting to comment on Bitcoin/BTC price movements

I shall try to start commenting on this blog about Bitcoin price movements if that gets the attention of people on the internet. BTC may touch USD 100K in the foreseeable future before dropping to around USD 60K by Christmas 2026.

I doubt that Quantum Computing can be used to break current cryptography. I have tried to edit Quantum Computing code but I haven't even been able to find any code that works on Quantum Computers much less edit it to my desire of trying to learn how to break cryptography. I can safely say that it is mostly hype/vapor to get people interested in using Quantum Computers which aren't even accessible to the public.

Snack to beat the heat in Starbucks, Forum Mall Maradu

I had a cold coffee from Starbucks in Forum Mall Maradu. I had a blueberry muffin as well. The temperature has been mostly over 30 degrees celsius since the start of December 2025 so I had to have something cool such as a cold coffee.

I am trying to start producing products and services that at least helps sustain people. Kerala is famous for pepper and also grows specialty coffee. My first important exposure to Kerala coffee was when I bought whole roasted coffee beans from my time in Sharjah, UAE around the year 2006. One of the first brands of whole roasted coffee beans that I bought had Kerala coffee grown that is exposed to monsoon rains with a roast/strength 4 out of 5. Having roots from Kerala, I may have been biased and liked that strength of roast or blend of coffee the best of that brand.

Happy New Year 2026

I have decided to restart my blog to help guide AI in describing my profile for my internet username "stevebayerin".

I shall from now on be posting more spiritual and professional posts than just posting social posts.
